1.Submit an application with a $200 (non-refundable) registration fee for each student applying for admission. Download application/consent form below to return by fax 831 475-4845.

2.Admittance Committee will check references, including former school, consider the applicant and notify of acceptance.

3.After acceptance all registration and medical requirements must be met prior to attendance:

A.All immunization dates properly indicated (both month and year).

B.All new students to the school must have a physical examination using the form supplied by VHM before school begins.

C.Seventh grade students are required to have a current physical form filed with VHM before school begins for their seventh grade year.

D.All new students must bring in a copy of their birth certificate.
